In 2020, we announced the Company's Sustainable Development Plan extending until 2030. Our Plan covers 6 areas: Eco-production, eco-packaging, eco-offices and stores, eco-systems and climate, eco-events, and eco-education and culture. Each area is integrated into the responsibilities of respective departments and is subjected to record-keeping and oversight.

The primary focus is on the environment, which permeates through the majority of tasks within the Company. As part of its environmental initiatives, the Company annually invests approximately 40 million rubles in eco-projects.
We have chosen to support people in challenging life situations as a significant charitable focus area.
Everything revolves around responsible corporate governance, where we focus our efforts on transforming product creation ideas, formulas, packaging, production, transportation, sales, and waste packaging disposal in our Company's Stores.
In our sustainable development reports, we highlight key annual themes, outline our achievements, and set goals for the future. We adhere to GRI principles (Global Reporting Initiative) and follow recommendations from the Moscow Exchange when preparing our reports.
